Dr Lin attained her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery in 2017. She completed her specialist training at Alfred Health and Peninsula Health and qualified as Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in 2024.

Dr Lin manages the full spectrum of respiratory disorders and has particular interest in asthma, aeroallergy and occupational lung disease. She undertook a Fellowship in Asthma and Allergy at the Alfred Hospital in 2022, gaining expertise in severe asthma including monoclonal antibody treatments, chronic cough, and vocal cord dysfunction. She has experience in allergy testing, immunotherapy for allergic rhinitis (hay fever), and chronic urticaria. 

In addition to clinical work, Dr Lin is actively involved in research and has peer-reviewed publications on severe asthma, allergy, and lung cancer. She is a member of the Thoracic Society of Australia and New Zealand (TSANZ), the European Respiratory Society (ERS), and the Australasian Society of Clinical Immunology and Allergy (ASCIA).
